Yes, the questions are well researched with origins of published work on Business Improvements over the last 25 years. Receiving answers from stakeholders is also a great way for them to know their voices are heard, and Improvement programs are based on their inputs.

Do you also do financial assessments, competitor analysis and market analysis?

These are not included in these three packages, but are offered as separate studies.

What types of Questions and Categories do you ask?

After an initial interview with the executive that wants to commission the questions, we will select the question categories to be sent to their stakeholders. Answers can be either free text, or evaluate on a scale of 1 to 10, or 1 to 5. Question categories include Business Owner & Stakeholder Context, Digital Maturity & AI readiness, SWOT analysis, People & Culture assessments, and Business Operating Model status.

Are you using AI for the analysis?

Yes. Each query sent to an AI engine is scrubbed of personal data, all sent queries can be viewed and audited by the client in the Pulse! tool. All reports are read and corrected if required by a Nostics Consultant.

Do you only do the Analysis and Recommendations report?

We also provide various offerings to improve the business, according to the Nostics Digital 7P Improvement method. Offerings include facilitating workshops, improving Purpose & Brand strategy, assessing employees, mapping processes, coaching, leadership education, and building business information systems.

How safe is our information on your site?

We apply good security standards, our site has good separation between companies data via mid-tier and end-point separation between companies, with proper access control which is auditable. We adhere to POPIA and PAIA — see our summary page and privacy policy.

What is the level of confidentiality of respondents answers?

Accepted Answer

No client, independent of their level, will receive access to the answers by respondents — only summarised information appears in the reports. All respondents receive an email where they can accept or decline, and details of each question category and the project purpose is shared. Respondents consent details are stored.

Which countries are you compliant to Personal Information Storage?

Accepted Answer

Currently only for South Africa. We are planning to make it compliant to other countries as well.

Do you only offer this to Clients — or do you accept Partners?

We accept clients and partners. Partners can white-label this service for their clients, and get a discount on the published pricing.
